An exciting opportunity for an experienced & dynamic Telesales Manager with this international media & publishing group. They have a wide range of titles, websites, events & media offerings covering a multitude of sectors including music, photography, technology, science, computing, gaming, & entertainment.
Following recent acquisitions they are setting up a new team at their Midlands office. The Sales team deliver multi-platform advertising solutions across print, digital, tablet, mobile, video and events. They’re tasked with delivering engaging creative solutions, responding to briefs and proactively pitching for new business, combining their strong market understanding with strong client relationship skills.
The Telesales Manager will need to manage & develop this team, with great flexibility to understand the varying needs of each marketplace. Training & motivating team members to grow profitable, ongoing business relationships with both existing & new customers, with an objective to grow revenue across all platforms.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Telesales Manager, with a proven track record of growing & developing teams to achieve. Media related experience would be advantageous but not essential, more important will be your natural leadership style & ability to motivate your team. You will need exceptional communication & commercial skills and an intelligent approach to business development across a diverse customer base.
Excellent basic salary & good commission / bonus structure are backed up by a comprehensive benefits package.
