The Role

Our Client is currently recruiting for an Existing Business Appointment Booker within our contact centre based at our Head Office in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be an experienced Appointment Maker, able to make 50+ B2B calls to their existing database of clients, research new opportunities and book quality appointments for the field sales representatives to attend

About You

You will be a highly motivated, experienced appointment booker within the B2B sector.

You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone and have a high degree of professionalism. You will need to be proactive and driven to deliver outstanding results.

Possessing strong IT (Microsoft, Outlook etc) and administration skills, you will have the ability to organise and analyse workload to drive productivity.

About The Role

Job Type: Full-time, 35 hours per week 08:45 - 16:45

Essential Requirements:

5 GCSE’s / equivalent including Maths & English at grade C & above
Appointment booking or account management 1 year
