The role involves:

Reception duties;
General data input;
General admin;
Raising sales invoices;
Dealing with customer queries.
Organising and scheduling appointments
Working on spreadsheets and systems
Filing, photocopying and scanning

Requirement and Attributes:

Good attention to detail.
Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills.
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Excellent organisation skills
