Salary: Up to £19,391.31 per annum (starting salary subject to qualifications and experience)

Temporary Contract up to 9 Months - 36.25 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Friendship Care and Housing for a full time, temporary, Business Support Assistant.

The main focus of this role is to provide comprehensive administration support to colleagues across the organisation, ensuring a first class administration service is offered at all times.

As a successful candidate, you will have a friendly, professional and approachable manner that enables you to work as part of a team. You will be positive and enthusiastic in your approach. Working as the sole Business Support Assistant in the office, self-motivation along with excellent organisational and administrative skills are a must. It is essential that you are able to manage and prioritise your individual workload to meet deadlines while responding flexibly to work requests and providing a quality service at all times.

Strong ICT skills are essential; with proven experience using Microsoft Office packages a must. Embracing new technology and pro-actively using ICT to seek new ways of working is essential to ensure the team meet business needs now and in the future.

Equally important is the ability to think innovatively and come up with new ideas, so that a consistently responsive and creative service is provided to meet the needs of the organisation.
