Recruitment Compliance Co-ordinator - Warwick - up to £23,000
6 month ongoing/rolling contract

Our client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Compliance Co-ordinator to join their busy team and support with all HR and Recruitment processes involved in hiring new talent into the organisation. This role will be an initial 6 month placement but the need is there ongoing.

As Recruitment Compliance Co-ordinator, you will have responsibility for ensuring that administration relating to new starters is completed ensuring that all relevant employment law and home office legislation is adhered to. This will include checking and collating 'Right To Work' documentation, gathering, chasing and recording references, responding to reference requests, uploading new starting information onto the system to include getting bank details and P45/Starter Checklists completed.

To be successful in the role you will already have experience from a recruitment compliance background, perhaps as part of a wider HR Administration or Recruitment Administration role from either in-house recruitment/HR or perhaps a recruitment agency. You'll have a passion for compliance and have excellent attention to detail and thrive on being organised. Our client uses a number of systems but strong Excel knowledge would be a great help.

This role will initially run for 6 months but will roll on most likely as the need is there ongoing.
