TJ Hughes are currently recruiting for a Loss Prevention Office to join the management team based at our new store opening in Nuneaton.

This is a full time salaried role on £17,000 per annum, working 38 hours per week over any 5 days out of Sunday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

The role of a loss prevention officer is to protect company assets and improve profitability by developing and implementing security and safety programs for employees and customers.

You will assist the store team in delivering high standards of Store Compliance, ensuring that the store delivers optimum levels of security in line with company procedures, whilst reducing stock losses in line with company targets and through the internal and external theft resolution process involving the efficient conducting of internal investigation into store KPI reports and all with the aim of reducing risk and improving store and company profitability.

Required Skills

Experience of working within a security / loss prevention function preferably from a fast paced retail background.

Ability to form relationships
