Our very successful and growing client based in Kenilworth are currently looking for 15 Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties Include:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers regarding queries and complaints
  • Making outbound calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Responding to customer cancellations
  • Providing a constant good level of customer service within a timely manner

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • To be able to work well within a team and individually
  • Experience of working within customer service
  • Must have your own transport due to the location of the client

Salary:

£7.20 - £7.50 (minimum wage age reflected) for first 8 weeks then £17,000 per annum when permanent!

Hours:

Monday - Friday

Between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm - working hours can be flexible to suit you!
