SF Group are recruiting on behalf of a well known kitchen appliance company based in Telford.
Monday - Friday, £8.20 per hour, temporary position with the possibility of going permanent.
Day to Day Responsibilities include:
- To facilitate the smooth running of the customer accounts through the receiving of inbound calls and liaising with internal staff in order to meet the customers needs.
- To deal with any customer issues/complaints to result in a satisfactory outcome.
- To maintain and strengthen the relationship between the company and its customers.
- To retain and develop the company customer base in such a manner to increase turnover and profitability. Gaining the customers confidence through product knowledge.
- To accurately log all customer queries, requests and purchase orders received by telephone, internet or mail.
The ideal person will be/have:
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Great communication skills
- To be able to deal with complaints and issues and deal with them in a professional way
- Someone who is reliable and trustworthy
- Previous experience in a similar customer service based role is desirable
- Experience of using Excel
