You will provide forecasts to support short, medium and long-term planning that may include but not be limited to:

Training will be provided in all areas of the role but fundamental data skills from potential candidates are key to your success in this role:
·Excellent communication skills - creating simple message from something that is complex
·Previous experience of contact centre forecasting techniques and approaches is essential.
·Strong IT and Excel skills
·Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
·Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions with limited information.
