German Speaking Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for talented individuals who are interested in joining a fast-growing company offering great career progression and a fun and collaborative working environment. A Recruitment Coordinator position will suit you if you have great attention to detail, good customer service skills and a good ability with systems. In order to be successful in this role you must enjoy speaking and interacting with people over the phone and have great communication skills. We are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and German in order to support our international clients.

No previous recruitment coordination experience is necessary for this role as we will provide you with the training that you need when you join, including skills-based and on-the-job training to keep developing your knowledge.

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will provide candidate care and administration support for a candidate’s application process all the way through to their onboarding. You will identify potential risks or issues associated with a candidate’s application or onboarding process and take corrective measures to mitigate those risks.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team,
  • Using our recruitment systems to update and track activity,
  • Scheduling and managing the interview process for our candidates,
  • Creating offer letters and managing the onboarding process for successful candidates.
