Our client is currently seeking an experienced all-round administration assistant who is willing and able to work within their friendly team at their Marchington Office.
Hours of Work 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
You must be able to work efficiently and be able to manage your own workload. You must be an excellent communicator, who is able to liaise with customers / clients in a professional manner.
The job entails assisting the Business Development Manager and Business Development Director, for which duties will include:
Typing of Letters
General Printing, Photocopying and Scanning
Sending and responding to emails.
Answering the telephone and making telephone calls.
Some general business development activities, for which training and guidance will be provided.
Marketing material (this includes adverts with photos on their website, eBay, and truck sale magazines and trade websites for plant sales)
Liaising with customers / potential customers for plant sales on the telephone.
Excel Spreadsheet work (database)
You will be proficient in the following:
Formatting of photos etc for adverts, with a good eye for detail.
Publisher or other creative software a distinct advantage.
