Description

As a After Sales Coordinator your duties will consist of:

  • Acting as the first point of contract
  • Managing all post completion enquiries
  • Regularly communicating with Owners, Tenants and Letting agents.
  • Supporting warranty managers with progression of large cases
  • Uploading and processing claim reports from third parties, emails and letters
  • Ensuring all legal documents are received and uploaded

  • Be confident and driven
  • Hold previous customer service and administration knowledge
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Be organised and proactive

Job Offer

Temporary to Permanent position

Up top £21,000 per annum
