Central Cab Care Ltd are a credit hire business who have a fleet of over 180 vehicles that can be supplied to Taxi owners in the event of insurance claims and for general hire requirements. The business works with insurance companies and vehicle hire businesses to supply a range of vehicles including black cabs, prestige and specialist vehicles.
The business has had continued to have growth year and year and is currently growing its operations at its main base in Coleshill. There is an opportunity within the finance team for a Finance Administrator and we are looking for somebody with good overall experience gained within a finance function.
Some previous experience with an insurance or credit hire business would be an advantage, as the role requires use of an insurance claims back-office system to process invoice information.
The main duties of the role include:
- Invoice generation
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Providing cover on purchase ledger tasks
- Providing cover on sales ledger tasks
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Previous experience in a finance role
- A background in an insurance or credit hire business would be an advantage but not essential
- A good ability with technology and Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Experience of working with Sage
- A good standard of basic education
