Fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Project Manager to contribute to a progressive marketing team. The role will be offered on a 6 month contract and candidates looking for full time or part time hours will be considered. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust procedures and reporting on MI which will drive the overall marketing function

Responsibilities

Develop processes to streamline activity internally and improve reporting efficiency & effectiveness both within central marketing, with marketing leads in departments and teams, within group services teams and external agencies.

To project manage the central marketing team's activities, providing advice on prioritisation when required, ensuring they are delivered on time, any obstacles are flagged with the BD & MD and key deliverables are achieved.

To track and analyse the firm's marketing activities, collating and providing engagement and outcomes data as required.

To manage budgets and ensure swift processing of invoices, marketing budget and fee income data is analysed and reported as required.

To create and implement core marketing operational processes and policies as required to ensure an effective, high quality, consistent and error free.

Project manage workflow in the marketing team to ensure efficient, effective team, with high performance rates and reliable high quality work.

Review and improve efficiency of producing reports

Experience

Knowledge of Smartsheets, Trello and Asana would be preferred

Advanced Excel skills

Flexibility with travel
