Your new role
This is an interim position for a period of 3-6 months, to support the organisation before a permanent appointee starts. This is a true HR Business partner post, you will be supporting the business operations, both in the UK and Internationally. As well as ensuring that the BAU is maintained, your role will have a particular focus towards reward, job evaluation and organisational development.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, who has a depth of experience in OD and ideally reward or job evaluation. International experience would be preferred, but not essential - however the ability to work in a fast paced, commercial organisation is a must. This is an immediate start, so applicants should be immediately available or free at short notice.
