Our client is a leader in their field. Due to relocation and continued success they are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to join their shared service centre in Stoke on Trent.
Your new role
As the Billing Manager you will ensure that all customer billing is carried out in timely and efficient manner and you will work with the Billing Controller to provide clear information of bill to cash operation. You will be responsible for up to five teams and you will motivate and develop individuals in the team through coaching,feedback and mentoring in order to enhance performance.You will develop and monitor performance plans for all team members and conduct regular performance reviews. You will also review end to end billing operation and implement improvements through change process.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience of managing team leaders and large operational teams as well as setting and managing KPI's. You will influence others and have strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems.You will be customer focused and able to work within unified management team to deliver outstanding performance.
