To provide Administrative support to the HR function within a busy team.

Client Details

A large business based in Worcestershire


Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • All general HR administration, including employee contracts, changes to terms, letters and references
  • Managing short and long term absences, including maternity and paternity and flexible working.
  • Maintaining the life assurance and auto enrolment schemes
  • Minuting HR meetings
  • Managing the recruitment process, liaising with agencies, collating and tracking CV's, organising interviews and feedback and preparation of external and internal appointments
  • Disciplinary note taking
  • Completion of weekly and monthly payroll
  • Dealing with communications
  • Supporting the HR, Training and Payroll Team as and when needed


  • Must have previously worked in a HR Administration position
  • Must have general awareness of UK Employment Law
  • Must have knowledge of the recruitment process
  • Must be able to do payroll administration
  • Must be able to take minutes
