Your new role
The L&D Consultant/manager role is a new post and will be responsible for the TNA, design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes across the Birmingham site. This will include regulatory, soft skills, management development & leadership, aspirational leaders and apprenticeships. The postholder will utilise a variety of training solutions including classroom, elearning, webinars and coaching. The role will also build the relevant intranet pages and support the design and facilitation of leadership events. Occasional travel to other offices will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be confident and creative Learning & Development professional and have ideally worked within the Financial Services, General Insurance or Banking industry. Experience of the complete training cycle is essential and exposure to elearning and executive coaching would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 plus excellent benefits. You will join a forward thinking organisation, within a new post which you will be able to shape with the scope for creativity.
