Legal Secretary - Commercial Property - Senior Role

A Legal 500 listed commercial practice is keen to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary to its well regarded Commercial Property Team and be based at the firms' office in South Staffordshire.

The practice is renowned as a very strong player in the locality and the Real Estate Team is proud of its deserved reputation as being one of the "go to" teams in the area in relation to all aspects of commercial property. The team is headed by a partner who has in excess of 20 years' experience in the sector and who is supported to by four experienced lawyers who themselves have very solid reputations.

As a consequence of sustained growth emanating from both repeat instructions and new client wins, the team wants to recruit an experienced legal secretary to work with multiple lawyers in the commercial property team. You will produce a variety of documentation and attend clients both in person and on the telephone. You will produce bills and deal with other financial administration, manage individual diaries and undertake a variety of general administration matters to include planning and organising meetings, making travel arrangements and organising and maintaining departmental filing systems and document storage. As this is a senior appointment you will also be well versed in organising fee earners' workloads and will be assertive in order to maintain daily itineraries.

The firm is paying a competitive salary and is offering a comprehensive benefits package. The firm also provides parking facilities and prides itself on offering a really down to earth and relaxed working environment so this is the perfect role for an experienced legal secretary who is perhaps tired of the commute into Birmingham city centre and who is looking for a well paid role much closer to home.
