I have a rare opportunity for a highly articulate, engaging Interim HR Project Assistant to support my client with HR project work, including a relocation project. This is a part-time role, working 22.5 hours per week, across 3 days.

Based in the West Midlands, my client is a construction business, with sites across the UK

The Role

The HR Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR project work, HR Administration and general HR duties

Key Accountabilities

As HR Project Assistant you will have the following key accountabilities:

  • Co-ordinate staff relocation project work as directed by the HR Director
  • Completing computer archive projects in support of staff relocation
  • Guiding managers through the relocation process
  • Supporting with recruitment projects, including interview co-ordination and issuing invite or regret letters
  • Provide additional HR project support as necessary

Key Experience/ Skills

  • An experienced HR Professional with track record of supporting project work
  • Ideally CIPD Qualified
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Highly articulate and engaging, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to take a proactive approach and work autonomously

This role is on an interim basis until the end of 2017 with possible extensions.

The role is on a part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week across three days. Standard working hours are 8.30-17.00 and free parking is available on site
