Client Liaison Officer
ABC Lawyers Ltd requires an additional Client Liaison Officer for its Stratford Upon Avon office. The company is involved in the claims’ management of mis-sold timeshare and long-term holiday products, by working as an agent for our sister company Lansdown Financial Ltd. ABC Lawyers Ltd is part of a group of companies with over 100 employees across four sites in the UK and Spain.
The successful applicant must have strong communication, organisation and administration skills as well as a sound knowledge of CRM systems, MS Word & Excel, and good general computer knowledge. You will also possess a professional attitude and appearance. Experience in face-to-face sales, credit controland account management are required, as the majority of your time will be spent speaking to clients.
The role involves nurturing clients from an after-sales perspective: explaining purchase contracts’ clauses, ensuring company and regulatory conduct has been observed and an array of administrative tasks.
You will be liaising with finance brokers, Senior Claims Assessors and the sales and administration departments. You will report to the Client Liaison Manager.
Some of the duties will be job-shared, and as such, some flexible hours/weekend work may be required.

A starting salary of £26,000 will be offered to the successful applicant.
