In this role you will work with young adults and adults who have learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and mental health.
You will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with young adults and adults to work with them on a day to day basis and to promote their independence.

To be considered for Support Worker roles you must:
* Have recent experience of working in similar settings (and be able to provide references)
* Hold or be willing to work towards QCF level 3

In your new company you will be working on a shift basis with a number of different clients around the Forest of Dean.
Your new role
You will be working with adults and/or children with LD, PD, MH and challenging behaviour in residential and supported living settings. You will be promoting the independence of residents, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need to be open to shift cover, have experience and / or hold an NVQ L2 / L3 in Health and Social Care. Being able to drive is a bonus.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive hourly rate, minimum of £8.50 up to £10.50p/h depending on experience and qualifications. You will receive holiday pay, weekly pay and a free DBS
