A super position has arisen for Customer service executive with an export background to work for a busy distribution company based in Cradley Heath.

This is a temporary position but for the right person it could lead to a permanent role.

This is a full-time position, working within our busy Sales Department. Your main duties will involve processing Customer orders (all Brands), helping customers with their enquiries regarding stock, delivery times, shortages etc. issuing quotations and general office administration. You will be responsible for ensuring that consistently high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

The ideal background is someone from an export/freight environment where you have been involved in the shipping of goods throughout Europe.

The main duties will be:

" Processing customer orders
" Resolving queries
" Producing & following up quotations
" Raising debit notes and credit notes
" Advising customers on technical questions

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

" Excellent telephone manner
" Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
" Good time keeping
" Excellent communications skills
