SQE Manager (Safety, Quality & Environmental)

We are recruiting for SQE Manager in the Coventry area with our well established client.

As a SQE Manager you will need to have:

  • 5 years' experience of management systems
  • Audit qualification (Lead audit qualification is desirable)
  • Formal environmental competence held or being worked towards
  • Understanding of management systems such as; OHSAS 18001; ISO 14001, ISO 9001
  • Good understanding of MS office
  • Degree or HND in relevant discipline would be an advantage

Details:

  • Salary: Up to £50,000
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
  • Location: Coventry
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of a SQE Manager:

  • Maintain the existing management system
  • Monitor and improve the development of these systems
  • Review of non-conformance reports
  • Prepare management review meetings and conduct them
  • Implement project specific management plan
  • Present audit report summary
  • Produce and present SQE KPI's
  • Analysis and trend reporting
  • Monitor and report customer concerns
  • Site, internal and suppliers audit
  • Manage and instruct the SQE team
  • Allocate resources of the SQE team
  • Resource forecasting
  • Monthly reporting on the SQE function
  • Ensure all accidents and incidents are reported and investigated
