Customer Service Co-ordinator - Automotive (German Speaking)
Rhenus Logistics Limited are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Co-ordinator to manage customer queries and be the main point of contact for Rhneus Cannock, other partner and clients in Europe.
Key areas of responsibility:
Main contact between Rhenus and automotive customers predominately in Germany
Main contact between Rhenus Cannock and other partners and depots within Europe
Obtaining updates from hauliers that are delivering goods and dealing with any arising issues
Booking timeslots for deliveries into plants using customer’s portal
Dealing swiftly and precisely with any customer queries or problems
Ensuring that deliveries into the plants run as smoothly as possible and are on time
KPI data collection for delivery times
Excellent organisational skills, and an ability to work under pressure and within a tight timeframe. A general overall knowledge of the basic windows packages, and the ability to learn quickly the web portals of the clients.
Be a confident and able to work on own initiative, but with an ability to be a member of a team, working in conjunction with fellow colleagues.
Knowledge of the automotive manufacturing industry is a preference.
Much preferred is the ability to be pro-active and be prepared to react to ever changing requirements
Fluent German language skills are required for this position
This is a permanent position.
The working hours are 08:30-17:30 with an hour lunch break, Monday to Friday. Working hours could start earlier if preferred.
Salary would be £18k per annum. Could be negotiable for the right candidate.
