Our client based on the outskirts of Bewdley is looking for a customer service administrator to join their successful team.

This role is very much customer focused as the administrators are the first point of contact for their clients over the phone and via email, excellent telephone manner and written communication skills are essential, they are looking for someone who thrives on working as part of a team.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9-530 with an hour lunch and free parking.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced customers service administrator who is able to hit the ground running and can provide a high level or accuracy to their work due to the product they provide, it is essential you have excellent accuracy and numerical skills and have a working knowledge of excel.
