It's not about where you are today, but where you're heading. We give everyone the opportunity to progress in the direction they want to go, with the training to help them do it. We are the first restaurant company to work with City and Guilds to create an Advanced Apprentice scheme. Right now we have over 450 Apprentices in the Advanced Apprenticeship programme and our vision is to grow that to 5,000 by 2015.
