1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Support Analyst

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 + Benefits

Location: Walsall, West Midlands

Role Summary:

With 1st/2nd line remote support experience within an IT Reseller and/or IT Services company supporting external customers, you will be responsible for supporting over 1000 SME customers on their IT infrastructures. You will also assist in the delivery of a number of varied and challenging projects.

Skills Required:

* You must have at least 12 months current experience in 1st/2nd line helpdesk support
particularly in a MS Windows environment
* Experience working for an IT Services Company or an IT Reseller is highly desirable
* Strong Active Directory and VPN trouble shooting skills to external customers
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical jargon in simple
terms is essential
