Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for a Business Development Administrator for a well established property company based in Warwick.

As a Business Development Administrator, your primary function will be to assist the Business Development team in successful implementation and smooth delivery of the events and courses programme including key account management of industry suppliers.

Other duties will include:
*Assisting with operational aspects of regional conferences, seminars and courses.
*Managing online bookings for courses and events.
*Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
*Promotion of events and courses programme through online marketing.
*Producing and providing feedback analysis post-event/course.
*Maintaining and updating the events and courses section on divisional websites.
*Venue finding and booking venues for courses and events.
*Account management of our industry suppliers.
*Invoicing suppliers and exhibitors.
*Attend occasional conferences and exhibitions when required.

The successful candidate will have previously worked within an administration role and hold excellent organisational and communication skills and be self motivated and able to work on own initiative.
