Head of Finance and Admin (HR, SME, QuickBooks) - Near Stratford-upon-Avon - up to GBP40,000

My client, a specialist SME organisation, are currently looking for a commercially-aware individual to come on board as their new Head of Finance & Administration.

You will primarily be responsible for maintaining a hands-on approach to all areas of Finance within the business, as well as overseeing all administration and managing the HR function, as necessary.

Your remit will include duties relating to:

- The sales and purchase ledgers
- Cashflow management
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, as well as performance tracking
- Financial modelling
- Due diligence
- Setting budgets
- Payroll
- Managing third party suppliers

The successful candidate is going to need to be someone who is comfortable working autonomously on focused objectives but who is also happy to get involved in all parts of the business during peak seasons.

This opportunity is key within the business and the successful candidate will become part of the core decision-making team.

Please note that although there might be occasional use of a company car, this role will require you to drive and own your own transport.

This is a permanent position offering a basic salary of GBP35,000-40,000 per annum dependent on depth of relevant skills and experience.
