Support Worker- Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
Pin Point Health and Social Care are urgently seeking flexible and experienced Support Workers to support our existing team of staff working in independent supported living services in the area.
As a Support Worker, you will be working with adults with learning difficulties and/or mental health issues of varying degrees. You will be responsible for assisting them to live as independently as possible within their own homes, accompanying them to access services in the community and assisting with daily living tasks where required.
You should demonstrate a genuine caring nature and a passion for delivering excellent care.

What you need:
- 6 months experience in a UK care setting in the last 3 years
- Eligibility to work in the UK
This is an ongoing position, and is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS disclosure costing £55.00, however if you are subscribed to the update service, existing disclosures can be accepted.
