Support Workers wanted for a well renowned Children's Service in Dudley!
Shift patterns include: 7am - 10am AND / OR 2pm - 9pm AND / OR 7am - 9pm - also offer sleep-ins and Waking Night shifts, work every other weekend
No experience necessary
6 bedroom home
Due to the location and the requirements for the role, a driving licence is preferred

A warm welcome awaits you in our specialist service providing short breaks and outreach for children who present with learning or physical disabilities, complex health needs, autism and challenging behaviours. Based in Dudley, West Midlands, we care for Young People with varied interests and requirements, so each person is respected and valued as an individual, with tailored programmes to address the specific and changing needs of the individual.
We pride ourselves on providing a safe, warm and nurturing environment with a high standard of care and accommodation for children, ensuring of an excellent delivery of care.
Due to on-going development, we are seeking caring, committed and compassionate Support Workers to join our aspirational team. Whilst experience definitely isn't essential, we don't just want anyone! We are looking for courageous and committed individuals who can communicate these attributes within a challenging yet rewarding environment.
