Negotiable salary depending on experience, pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays

This is a permanent position

Our client, leading global provider of inks and dyes to the packaging and printing industry. They currently require a Inplant Technician / Store Person to join their team.

Based at their customer site at Evesham, the Inplant Technician/Store Person will provide on-site stock control with a primary focus on safely transporting inks around the site to enable a continued supply to the production assets of the customer along with technical support and assist in the timely supply of correct inks to the print department.

Inplant Technician / Store Person Responsibilities

The role will support the customer in other technical and operational requirements, also providing ad hoc technician cover when required. You will be responsible for:

- The blending of inks to meet customer requirements
- Undertaking colour matching
- Assisting on trials
- Stock management

This offers the right candidate a real opportunity to directly affect the performance of business at this in-plant site. It is a customer facing role and we are therefore looking for someone with a passion for service. The Evesham location predominantly uses Solvent based Flexographic products. If you are looking to enhance your knowledge from a customer perspective and would like to form part of this exciting In-Plant operation then this could be the opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will have:

- Basic secondary education at GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent
- FLT License would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided (as long as the candidate had excellent experience in stock control etc. for example warehouse Management)
