# Organising and Leading a team of sales executives.
# Meet sales targets within expected gross profit percentage margins.
# Promote team spirit.
# Ensure correct handling of major account customers
# Source, control and follow up on all new leads.
# Raise company profile by conducting presentations/meetings with customers/potential customers.
# Report on individual sales executives performances.
# Source new product lines, plan and implement promotions.
# Suggest sales advertising considering budget.
# Monitoring the success of sales promotions.
# Organise and control sales meetings. Creating agendas, setting tasks, reporting on findings.
# Staff Development. Identify areas of development, organise specialist courses, in house training. Controlling against budget, recording and assessing development of individuals.
# Controlling sales price list against cost. (Continually monitoring changes to market rates and adjusting accordingly)
# Suggest updates for company product brochures and website (amendments and additions)
# Dealing will all disciplinary matters within the sales team.
# Constant liaison with other Departmental Managers to ensure smooth running of Business
# Reporting all issues and results directly to the Sales Director.
