Good afternoon, we are recruiting for an ICT Support Officer based at a Local Government Organisation within the North Midlands. You will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd Line IT Support for an ongoing telephony project.


  • Previous experience within an IT Support Environment resolving and documenting issues and changes
  • CISCO, VOIP and enterprise experience
  • Following standard procedure (problem-incident-change-configuration-release)
  • Able to carry out a full first line support function (help desk, operations, system admin, PC build and configuration)
  • Experienced assisting on ensuring IT services are delivered within an identified budget
  • Knowledge of back ups and recovery
  • Regularly communicating with customers stakeholders and wider IT staff on various issues
  • Handling a large amount of monthly requests per month

Duration: 3 months initial
Rate: GBP150-200 a day
IR35 Status: Inside
