Service Manager - Supported Living
Service Manager required - supported living/residential service in Stoke (1000 hours) - Learning Disabilities
Your new company
I am exclusively recruiting for a Service Manager for one of the regions leading providers of supported living and residential support to adults with Learning Disabilities with complex needs.
Your new role
You will have responsibility for a service which is currently commissioned at 1000 hours. The service includes supported living and one 5 bed residential home across the STGBP and ST11 areas. You will be responsible for the delivery of excellent operational services within the defined locality. You will also be responsible for regularly supervising a defined number of Team Leaders. You will report in to the area manager.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience operating at Deputy level or above in a similar service. You will need to have or be working towards a professional qualification/NVQ Level 5 or NVQ 4 and minimum of four years experience within the learning disability or mental health sector, with minimum of three years management level experience. You will need to be a strong manager of people with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
