Job Title: Assistant Key Account Manager
Location: Coventry

The Assistant Key Account Manager will be responsible for working as part of the Contract Management team, to one of our clients largest Fleet Management customers and within the fast paced sector of online shopping. This individual will be responsible for managing key fleet data reporting and logistics of vehicle movements, dealing promptly with customer queries, supporting operational needs of the contract through analytic reporting to uncover performance improvements and completing store visits/customer meetings to meet the contract needs.

Key Accountabilities:

- To oversee all fleet logistics within the contract including Daily Moves, Refurbs, Uplifts/Decreases and Decoms are coordinated and reflected accurately in live time on key fleet reports and systems.
- To provide analytic insight and reports to measure contract performance and fleet performance for both the business and customer Working with the team to ensure daily KPIs reflect best performance to meet KPIs and contractual initiatives.
- Supporting the Key Account Manager and FM Key Account Director to meet KPIs of the contract & reduce costs to both customer and our business.
- Dealing with customer cost and fleet queries in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Attending store visits and customer Meetings in line with customer and contract requirements.
- Based in the H/O, with travel to attend off site customer meetings and store visits as required.
- Act as first point of call for escalations both in and out of hours on a rotational basis

To be successful in this role you will need to be/have:

- This person would have a desire to develop their career in account management with tenacity and focus to ensure best results are delivered. Good customer relationship skills are a necessity and thrives on working to deadlines and targets, and well organised and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication, excel and data accuracy skills are required and experience within fleet operations/logistics is desirable.
- Requirements to be flexible and work with customer peak periods and online operational needs.
- A full and clean Driving License.

The hours for the successful Assistant Key Account Manager will be Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm and you will earn a salary of between GBP23,000 to GBP25,000.
