Salary: Scale D scp 10 - 13 (GBP13,489-GBP14,247)
Contract Type: 37hrs per week, term time only (39 weeks/year)
Contract Term: Permanent

The Directors of the Community Academies Trust wish to appoint an Attendance Clerk working term time only. You will work as a member of the Student Service team and be based in Student Services. The Attendance Clerk is responsible for assisting in promoting high levels of attendance and punctuality by student and to maintain records both manually and electronically. You will also be required to liaise with students, parents/carers, colleagues and other professionals in relation to attendance and punctuality. The ability to build reports to show information and statistics as required by the school, local authority and DfE will be beneficial. A willingness to be trained as one of our team of First Aiders is essential.
