Established over 40 years ago, and based in Leamington Spa, this distributor of manufacturing equipment is seeking an experienced Receptionist with strong administration skills to join their large, fast moving and expanding company.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this exciting and busy position offers the right, enthusiastic and confident candidate, the opportunity to progress and develop their existing skills and attributes.

The duties of this position will consist of:

• Meeting and greeting clients, customers and training delegates, signing them in accordingly
• General housekeeping and replenishment of office stationery and consumables
• Cleansing and updating the marketing database with meticulous attention to detail
• Query resolution for both internal and external stakeholders
• Sort, file and distribute communications, receipt of and distribution of post
• Assisting the company with maintaining their Website and uploading new information, alongside managing any customer queries relating to products or delivery information that arise via telephone and e-mail
• Attendance at shows and exhibitions, assisting the Director with adhoc promotional and marketing duties
• Assistance with designing and delivering social media campaigns and mail shots
• Adhoc duties within the scope of the role
In return, the company offers a slightly early Friday finish with general hours being 9-5:30 daily, a salary of GBP20,000 per annum, enhanced pension, a generous bonus scheme and a rising 21 days' (plus banks) holiday per annum.
