Leaders in Care are currently selecting for a talented home manager on behalf of one of the UK's largest and most sought-after Healthcare providers.

This small / medium sized company offer specialist care to older people across a fleet of approximately 15 highly performing care homes and additional extra housing schemes.
We are currently in need of a manager to take over one of our client's top performing homes based in the Worcester region.

Seen as the jewel in this company's crown, this perfectly formed home, just 55 beds in size is split over 3 separate units provides person centred nursing care to those diagnosed with Dementia and related illnesses. It recently been awarded a fully compliant CQC report as well as being nominated for a top care award.

The Role of Home Manager - Worcester

* To manage and be the main person responsible for the smooth running of the home.
* You will become a key member of our client's senior management team who will ensure you have all the training, support and tools required to be successful in your role.
* You will deliver person centred care and oversee all safeguarding issues.
* You will ensure compliance with CQC standards and liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors.

Successful candidates applicable for the role of Home Manager Worcester will also have:

* Senior elderly care professional - preferably 2+ years' experience as home manager, also a clinical qualification is highly desirable.
* Level 4 Registered Managers Award (RMA)
* Experience, training and an understanding of Dementia
* A Strong well-rounded Home Manager with excellent commercial and business acumen - committed to ensuring the home becomes a beacon of the local community.
