The Role

The Claims Administrator is a part of our large customer service team that entails maintaining and managing our list of untracked sales and submitting these to the retailers, thereby working to earn cashback for our members which would otherwise be lost. This work mainly involves the compiling and use of spreadsheets, ongoing communication with our networks who are the medium between us and the retailers. Building relationships with the networks on the phone/ email by sending frequent reports to update the status on claims.

Person Specification
• You would be a natural communicator representing TopCashback in a professional manner while communicating with members as well as our 3rd party contacts.
• Thinking outside the box, you will be advising on ways to improve systems to minimize administrative work.
• You will be one of the main points of contact for members of our website via our Support Ticket system with queries regarding their untracked sales.
• Having the determination to achieve team goals, you would be supported by a friendly team who are always willing to help.

Required Skills
• For this position, you will ideally be a good problem solver with analytical skills.
• A good knowledge of excel is an advantage due to the frequent use of spreadsheets, although we are happy to train someone with basic excel skills.

• You will need to possess excellent grammar skills as you will be answering our members via our ticketing system - this is the face of our company.
