Customer Service Administrator
My client is urgently seeking Customer service administrator for their Evesham based head office
- general admin duties
- answering phone
- inputting and despatching sales orders
- raising quotes
- liaising with customers and couriers
- dealing with queries
- placing purchase orders.
- Software system is SAGE 200 but knowledge of this is not essential.
- Some knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
- works well under pressure
- good communicator.
Salary is 18K per annum, hours are 9-5pm with half an hour for lunch.
