Deputy Leisure Manager
My client are seeking a Deputy Leisure Manager to join their busy Leisure Club team in Telford. Supporting the Leisure Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Leisure Club, you will ensure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to and offer exceptional customer service at all times. You will assist with the management of the leisure team and develop membership and sales within the Club. Flexibility is essential as the role requires you to work week days, weekends and bank holidays on a rotational shift pattern basis from 6.30am to 3.00pm and from 2.00pmto10.30pm.
The role will appeal to someone looking to work in a friendly but often busy environment with experience within the leisure industry and a great track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You will have previous supervisory/people management experience. You will be highly motivated and have an ability to build rapport and establish relationships easily with leisure members, hotel guests and colleagues.
