The Role:

An exciting opportunity to join a growing and profitable corrugated packaging business, manufacturing conventional corrugated, die-cuts, and shelf ready packaging for cosmetics, FMCG, industrial, retail and online retail markets.

The CBS Packaging Group specialise in paper based corrugated packaging material and have three manufacturing sites across the UK.

We are looking to recruit a hungry, highly driven and ambitious sales individuals to join within a new business development sales team. We have an energetic management team and are looking for individuals who can work closely with this team to help push the business forward.

The role initially will be 100% new business, but you will be responsible for managing the larger accounts you win personally.

Full training will be provided to develop the individuals technical knowledge of the company’s manufacturing products.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have worked in a sales position for at least 3 years.

This role would suit individuals who are at the start of their career and looking for a role that will challenge them, but allow them to use their own initiative and drive to be a success along with being provided with training to ensure they are successful.

All packaging backgrounds will be considered.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a sales environment with excellent client facing skills
  • Generate new business for the company, winning new accounts and then grow and develop these accounts
  • Identify and develop designated market sectors to increase profitability and sales revenue
  • A drive and hunger to seek out and secure new business for the company
  • Prepare and deliver regular reviews with both client and delivery departments
  • Lead generation
  • Sales presentations
