Part Time Recruitment Assistant
Ongoing, flexible work - £10 per hour
About the role:
Reed Specialist Recruitment are looking for new team members to join the recruitment team servicing a high profile national employer.
This role will involve meeting candidates face-to-face with the primary objective of ensuring all necessary and required documentation is gathered from the candidates and meets our compliance standards.
A normal recruitment session will hold up 4-5 candidates per hour, these days are expected to be undertaken 1-5 times per month and typically run between 08:30-17:00. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible within their working day. You will also be required to assist applicants with queries, scanning and copying documents and other related duties as required.
Full training will be provided, however strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, flexibility and crucially attention to detail are paramount and therefore a pre-requisite.

Assignments will be available at a number of designated sites across your region, potentially you may need to do an ad hoc sessions in local areas as the business needs dictate. Travel expenses will be paid and access to your own transport is essential.
