SF Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Call Centre Manager.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Centre Manager to lead day to day management of a team of 8. The role is paying between £22/24k dependent on experience. You will be reporting to the Revenue Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of the Inbound Sales
  • Day to day management of the office
  • Team management, motivation and coaching
  • Develop a team incentives scheme
  • Team Training and identifying training needs
  • Team Recruitment
  • Managing Team rota's
  • Team reviews and performance and standards
  • Monitoring calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance
  • Forecast of call volumes
  • Handling of complex complaints
  • Key decision making in the absence of the Revenue Manager

Skill & Experience:

  • Previous work experience in a Call Centre is essential
  • Experience in the Hospitality or Leisure industry
  • Focus on providing a great customer journey
  • A self starter who can work under their own initiative
