Learning & Development Manager Birmingham
We are currently recruiting for a L&D Manager to join our prestigious manufacturing client based in Birmingham. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in both L&D and management duties. This is an immensely challenging and rewarding role where attention to detail and credibility are key. There will be a small team to manage, and more importantly, train so experience in this area would be beneficial.
Main Duties of the L&D Manager include:
- Full responsibility to own and manage the full L&D Agenda.
- Liaising with both colleagues and external experts to design a new solution to learning which includes 1-2-1, eLearning, coaching and classroom sessions.
- Take a lead on the LMS implementation.
- Working with senior management and colleagues to identify training trends and needs.
To be considered for the role of L&D Manager, you will have:
Excellent academics and proof of ongoing professional training (ideally CIPD)
Experience of managing a full L&D function as well as a small team.
Confident in delivering to large audiences and partnering with external agencies.
Ability to work with limited supervision
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multitude of different personalities.
