DRS Group are currently recruiting for an experienced FMCG Sales Executive to join a well established client in based in West Midlands.

Sales executive role

A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive to join an established homewares manufacturing company on a full-time basis. Ideally looking for candidate from a FMCG environment or retail industry.

Duties include

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • To study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements
  • To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications required: A Graduation Degree/ MBA in Sales and Marketing
  • Minimum Experience Required: 3 Years
  • The ability to handle customers efficiently
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • Capability to grow in a competitive environment
