Senior Digital Marketing Manager
A growing mid-sized retailer with a strong UK retail estate and a fast growing e-commerce operation, is looking for an ambitious e-commerce specialist to help maximise their growth further. They are seeking someone who will manage and drive all marketing strategy for this online business and grow online sales.
Specifically the role will entail developing a comprehensive web strategy within the multi-channel vision of the company, developing and executing the online trading, marketing, communications and content strategies working with the senior colleagues. Managing the e-commerce team, you will lead the online trading and merchandising strategies, direct the overall digital content strategy, optimise all digital marketing (SEO, PPC, affiliates, programmatic, and social) as well as oversee the CRM strategy to increase customer retention levels, purchase frequency and brand advocacy.
The company is seeking an individual who has managed the e-commerce activity in a business to consumer environment, ideally in a multi-channel, retail or fashion-led company. In particular, you will have worked in a sophisticated digital marketing environment and have proven experience of having P&L responsibility, good commercial acumen and analytical skills. Your excellent interpersonal skills, strong numerical ability and friendly persona will be key to furthering your career in this fast growing and progressive company.
