A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a large sales team with a supportive and progressive working environment.

My client is a growing company based near to West Bromwich who are doing extremely well, increasing sales and winning new contracts.
This role and company can offer the right candidate great scope to progress and has a clear path to how you could move up in the company if you wish.

Salary = £16-18,000 per annum.

Duties include:
• Processing a high volume of customer orders.
• Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
• Overseeing the completion of back orders
• Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team
• Supporting the Account Management team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
• Taking phone calls from customers.
• Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
• Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
• Following up Order confirmations and quotations
• Filling in for the Account Manager when needed

The ideal candidate:
• Previous administration experience is essential
• Ideally within a sales administration role
• High level of organisational skills
• Must be IT competent
• Great attention to detail
